I recently had my first settlement with Array Title. Between sending the contract and arriving at the settlement table, I received periodic updates from Array Title without having to ask for them.

At the table, we had a walk-through item requiring an escrow. Janet had the parties talk through the scope of the repair and what documentation would be required to release the funds. The terms were made concise and could be written in two simple-to-understand sentences.

It was particular convenient to be able to settle in RE/MAX Allegiance offices where I know where everything is located. Our settlement was a breeze, and I look forward to future settlements with Array Title.
